Apparel and Accessories from SpikeandtheGang.com is a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported.

IF THERE IS A PROBELM WITH THE ORDER

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received product, please get in touch with our support team within 30 days of product delivery. SpikeandtheGang.com offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

REFUND POLICIES 

If a refund is approved based on on the policies above, refund amounts are processed, minus a processing fee.

The fee differs per region as follows: 

• EU Countries: 1.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR

• Switzerland: 2.3% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CHF

• United Kingdom: 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP

• USA: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD

• Canada: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD
